Instead of doing in 2 batches, can stacked pots be used? I have one with steam holes in the bottom of it, which can be set directly on the bottom pot, or another flat trivet in between.

Wow! So informative! I’ve cooked roasts for years the old-fashioned way. Now I have the confidence and know-how to try the new insta-pot way. What a time saver! And no hot kitchen!

In reply to Angela. I have not done it in a slow cooker, but I think that would be fine! The main issue is making sure the pork is done, so I would just find instructions on cooking pork in a slow cooker and going off of that time :)
