- Set instant pot to the saute feature and brown grown beef – drain excess grease and deglaze the bottom of the pot.

- Add in all the rest of the ingredients except for the butter and stir with a wooden spoon
- Cook for 15 minutes on the Chili setting
- Natural pressure release for 5 minutes and then quick release the remaining pressure
