In reply to Angela. I have not done it in a slow cooker, but I think that would be fine! The main issue is making sure the pork is done, so I would just find instructions on cooking pork in a slow cooker and going off of that time :)

In reply to Angela. I would say that I would give yourself about 75 minutes. That might be a little bit more than you really need, but it's always good to have a little bit of buffer time!
